The Rubank method books have been in wide use in the US for decades. The books are suitable for use as individual methods, or as like-instrument classroom methods. The Rubank methods are available in Advanced Vol. I, and Advanced Vol. II. The series makes good use of scales and etudes, as well as lots of short songs and small ensemble pieces. Woodwind instruments include a fingering chart with each book, and the brass books contain plenty of lip slurs. Many of the world's greatest musicians grew up using this series, and we highly recommend it.
