The PDP 7" x 14" Limited Edition Classic Wood Hoop Snare Drum leans back into the days of field drums with its maple shell and hoops. It creates a warm, dark tone that sounds great when you need low-pitched backbeats or something a little old-school-rudimental style.

The significant 7" depth boosts low fundamental tones when the heads are tuned low, and will move more air to produce greater volume than the 6" deep model.

Low-profile chrome-plated steel claw hooks hold the hoops down with a great vintage aesthetic that avoids drilling into the hoop itself. This drum includes a MAG throw off, dual-turret lugs, copper snare wires, and DW heads by Remo.
